A studio with strong opinions about the software we ship.

We started LomStack because we wanted to do the kind of work where design and engineering aren't a handoff — they're the same conversation.

We're a four-person team: design, web, mobile, and product. Small enough that everyone touches everything; opinionated enough to argue for the right answer.

We work in long arcs with a handful of clients each year. Not an agency. Not a freelancer collective. Just four people who ship.

03How we work

Five things we hold tight.

  • 01

    Ship to learn

Real software in real hands beats another round of speculation. We deploy early and let reality correct the plan.

  • 02

    Taste is a feature

How it looks and feels isn't decoration — it's the product. We sweat the details users never name but always feel.

  • 03

    Own the whole problem

We don't stop at the spec. If something between design, code, and the business is broken, it's ours to fix.

  • 04

    Simple scales, clever breaks

We pick the boring, obvious solution. The code a stranger can read at 2am is the code that lasts.

  • 05

    Say the hard thing early

Honest timelines and real tradeoffs — including "this won't work" — surfaced now, not after launch.
