Challenge
Tvirti runs a multi-tenant logistics platform for the construction-materials trade across Georgia — each supplier operates its own fleet, drivers, orders and customers on top of it. As the platform crossed a hundred-plus tenants, running the platform itself became the bottleneck. Onboarding and KYC, subscription tiers and billing, expiring transport licenses and insurance, compliance incidents, and a regulator that expects a signed audit trail were all scattered across spreadsheets and ad-hoc database queries. There was no single console from which one operator could actually run the business day to day.
Approach
We designed the Super Admin as a dedicated operator control plane, deliberately separate from the tenant-facing panel, with a clear privilege model (L2 / L3 / L4 admins) and an audited "operator mode" around every sensitive action. We started from the operator's real daily job — what needs attention right now — and built outward: a global dashboard that surfaces the critical queue before anything else, a full tenant lifecycle behind an eight-tab detail drawer, a billing surface that folds MRR, ARR, dunning and tier migrations into one view, and a compliance layer where every document expiry and flag is tracked to resolution. Every privileged action writes to an immutable, cryptographically signed audit log.
Solution
The result is a complete operator console. The global dashboard pairs platform KPIs with a regional GMV heatmap, a tenant leaderboard, the pending-approval queue, a live platform activity feed and real-time system health. Tenant management spans the whole lifecycle — pending KYC, active, suspended, churned — with a detail drawer covering profile and documents, subscription, activity, orders, fleet, support, billing and operator actions such as extend-trial, grant-credit, read-only impersonation, suspend and terminate. Subscriptions & Billing tracks MRR, ARR, churn and trial conversion across a three-tier feature matrix, an invoice queue with automated failed-payment dunning, and a full tier-migration history. Compliance & Audit gives a colour-coded document-expiry tracker, a triaged flags feed and a signed, seven-year audit log exportable for regulators — with platform reports and scheduled auto-email rounding it out.

One operator now runs a 100+-tenant logistics platform from a single console — regulator-ready, with every privileged action written to a signed, seven-year audit log and the entire compliance surface visible at a glance, critical queue always first. Designed and built end-to-end as part of the wider Tvirti product alongside the tenant panel and the driver and customer apps, it turns platform operations from scattered spreadsheets and queries into one auditable control plane an operator can trust.
